I ordered a few plumbing bits from heating-and-plumbing.com and they showed up right when they said they would. Compared with a couple of other suppliers I’ve used before, there was no vague delivery window or having to chase for updates, which made the whole thing a lot less annoying.
Everything was packed properly and the driver arrived within the time slot, so I didn’t have to hang around all day. It was a straightforward order, but that’s what I wanted, and they handled it better than some bigger competitors I’ve tried.

I don’t remember every little step, but I do remember finding the part I needed quickly. The website was easy enough to get around, and checkout was simple. A couple pages felt a little slow to load, but the order went through fine, so no big issue.

"Helpful boiler advice, but has anyone else had this pressure drop?"
I had a strange pressure drop on my boiler and found heating-and-plumbing.com while trying to figure out what was going on. The advice was really clear and told me what to check first, which probably saved me from calling someone out for no reason. It was nice that it was written in plain English too, not loads of confusing jargon. Has anyone else had the same issue with their boiler pressure suddenly dropping?

My radiator showed up with a small part missing, so I emailed them not really expecting much. From the tone of their reply, I got the impression they actually wanted to fix it rather than just brush me off. They got back to me the same day and sent the missing part out quickly. it’s nice dealing with a company that still seems to care after you’ve already paid.

"Fast replies and genuinely helpful"
I had a question about my boiler booking and sent them a message in the morning. I was expecting to wait a while, or at least get one of those automatic replies, but actually no, someone got back to me quickly.

They explained what I needed to do and sorted the time out for me without any fuss. Thought it might turn into a bit of back and forth, but it was all simple in the end.

"Refund sorted with no hassle"
I ordered the wrong part by mistake and had to send it back. Dropped them an email and they got back to me quickly with the return details. Posted it off and the refund came through a few days later. No messing about or loads of questions, which was nice. Really easy all round, I'd happily use heating-and-plumbing.com again

"Decent quality, no hassle"
I grabbed a few bits from heating-and-plumbing.com because I needed them sorted quickly, and they’ve been fine so far. Everything felt like good quality when it arrived, not cheap or flimsy, and it all fitted without any messing about. I haven’t had any reliability issues yet, which is the main thing for me as I didn’t really have time to deal with problems. Happy enough overall and I’d use them again
